At Maryon's, we aim for complete customer satisfaction, offering product exchange, replacement or store credit if you change of mind. Simply ensure the product is in original condition and follow the guidelines below.
Terms and Conditions
- All discounted items are final sale
- Normal purchases are refundable within 14 days of return
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- All jewellery, scarves, sunglasses and sale items are final sale.
- Each initial purchase is entitled to one product exchange.
- A credit note (12 month validity) will be issued if there is no suitable replacement. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Return requests are to be made within five days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unused and original condition. All original tags must be attached. Maryon's has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Maryon's Return Policy requirements.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with an exchang.
- Insurance is recommended for all return shipping as Maryon's is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during postage.
- This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights (Australia).
How to return an item.
- Contact Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please be aware that the issuance of a RMA does not guarantee the goods will be accepted. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Maryon's is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for an RMA.
- Please print out the email containing RMA and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return.
- Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, insured, and must be received by maryons.com.au within 5 (five) days of receipt of RMA for domestic orders, and 14 (fourteen) days for international orders to the following address: Maryon's Shoes, P.O. Box 442, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217, Australia.
We recommend that return items are shipped via a postal service with online tracking. We also recommend the safe storage of tracking numbers for proof of delivery. Maryon's does not take any responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Maryon's cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD). *Please note that 'RMA' must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RMA.
- An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
- If the return is approved, the item will be exchanged with requested item (if available) or a credit note will be issued. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- Domestic orders of full-price merchandise receive free shipping.
- Domestic orders of sale price merchandise incur a flat fee of $15
- All international orders incur a flat fee of AUD$20. (No maximum quantity or weight).
- All shipping costs associated with the exchange or return of an item are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
